A pace that fits you

Exercises can be adjusted to your comfort level. Tell your instructor about limitations so you can discuss appropriate options before starting.

A welcoming place to begin

Before your first class

Do I need experience?

No. Both classes welcome beginners. Your instructor introduces the skills progressively and helps you find an appropriate starting point.

Will there be sparring?

No. Cardio Kickboxing uses pad work rather than sparring. You will not be asked to fight another participant.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable exercise clothing and bring water. Gloves are available to borrow; you do not need to purchase a pair for your first visit.

What if I need an exercise adjusted?

Tell the instructor about limitations or concerns before class. Discuss available modifications and whether the class is appropriate for your current abilities. Fitness classes do not replace medical care or rehabilitation.
